Register for mobile and online banking in one go
If you’re not yet a mobile and online banking customer, follow our easy step-by-step guide to get started. You’ll need your telephone banking security number and either your account details or credit card number.
How it works
1. Download our mobile banking app
Open the app on your device, then read and accept the terms and conditions.
2. Register
Select ‘Register for mobile and online banking’ to start registration.
3. Verify your identity
Confirm your date of birth, telephone banking security number and your account details or credit card number.
4. Set up your log on details
You'll also be asked to create your security questions.
Your registration is now complete and you're ready to activate your Digital Secure Key with your log on details. Select ‘Continue to log on’ and follow the prompts to activate. If you need help with activating your secure key, click here.
If you’re already registered for online banking:
You can use our mobile banking app with your log on details for online banking. Simply download the app, accept the terms and conditions and select 'Log on'.

- Apple devices with an operating system of iOS10.3 or higher
- Android phones with an operating system of 5.0 or higher

3. Set up your log on details
You'll also be asked to create your security questions.
4. Select Secure Key
